Shift Allowances. a) Shift Premiums • Shift work on Saturdays and Sundays: 50% of 95% of the Band B reference point rate per hour worked. • Shift work on statutory holidays: 95% of the Band B reference point rate per hour worked. The Statutory Holiday shift premium shall be paid on an actual hourly- as-worked basis.
