Sheet File. Standard sheet format to be used by the Engineer shall be appropriate to the category of the Design File it references. The referenced Design File is to be displayed within a single sheet file and shall be terminated by clip referencing to matchlines contained in the Design File. The sheet file shall contain all annotation appropriate to the Design File application or category being referenced. Typical examples are text, dimensioning, ramp labeling, patterning, hatching, profile data. FILE REQUIREMENTS The virus-free media delivered by the Engineer shall include documentation of the following:

If BellSouth determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, BellSouth may move the customer to CONNECT:Direct file delivery.

  • Factsheet Information General information entered into the higher education institutions’ profile and updated by the higher education institution. The general information about the institution is accessible to students.   • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file.
