Common use of Shares of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Shares of Common Stock. The Company shall have duly reserved the number of Underlying Shares required by this Agreement and the Transaction Documents to be reserved for issuance upon conversion of the Tranche A Debentures and the exercise of the Tranche A Warrants;

Shares of Common Stock. The Company shall have duly reserved the number of Underlying Shares required by this Agreement and the Transaction Documents to be reserved for issuance upon conversion of the Tranche A B Debentures and the exercise of the Tranche A B Warrants;
