Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to all Shares of the respective Classes of all Portfolios of the Fund listed upon Schedule A; all such Shares held in the Fund's treasury in the event that (in the discretion of the Fund) treasury shares shall be sold; and all such Shares repurchased by the Fund for resale.
