Common use of Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Shareholders. Exhibit B contains a true and complete list of the names and addresses of the record and beneficial holders of all of the outstanding Equity Securities of the Company. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no Holder of Shares or any other security of the Company or any other Person is entitled to any preemptive right, right of first refusal or similar right as a result of the issuance of the shares or otherwise. There is no voting trust, agreement or arrangement among any of the Holders of any Equity Securities of the Company affecting the exercise of the voting rights of any such Equity Securities.
