Common use of Shareholders Meetings Clause in Contracts

Shareholders Meetings. Shareholders of the Company shall receive notice of each shareholders’ meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled date of such meeting. The Company shall have at least one shareholders’ meeting each calendar year. Such meeting will take place at such time and place as is determined by the Board. Meetings shall be conducted in the English language, and minutes of such meetings shall be prepared by the Company in English.
