Common use of Shareholder Services Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Services. The Transfer Agent will investigate all Shareholder inquiries relating to Shareholder accounts and will answer all correspondence from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder between the Transfer Agent and the Trust. The Transfer Agent shall keep records of Shareholder correspondence and replies thereto, and of the lapse of time between the receipt of such correspondence and the mailing of such replies.

Shareholder Services.
