Shareholder Communication a. Fund Company shall arrange with Schwab, or a mailing agent designated or approved by Schwab, for the distribution of the materials listed below to all of Schwxx'x xxxtomers who hold Fund shares, which distribution shall be so arranged by Fund Company as to occur immediately upon the effective date of the materials:
