Common use of Shareholder Agreements Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder (as defined herein) is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the "Shareholder Agreements"), pursuant to which each Shareholder has agreed, among other things, to vote its shares in favor of the principal terms of the Merger.

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder (as defined herein) is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto hereto, (collectively, the "“Shareholder Agreements"), ”) pursuant to which each Shareholder he or she has agreed, solely in his or her capacity as a shareholder of the Company, among other things, to vote its his or her shares in favor of the principal terms of the Merger.

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder (as defined herein) identified on Exhibit D hereto is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the "“Shareholder Agreements"”), pursuant to which each Shareholder has agreed, among other things, to vote its his or her shares in favor of the principal terms of the MergerMerger and to approve and adopt this Agreement.

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder (as defined herein) identified on Exhibit E hereto is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the "“Shareholder Agreements"”), pursuant to which each Shareholder has agreed, among other things, to vote its his or her shares in favor of the principal terms of the Merger.

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder (as defined herein) is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the "“Shareholder Agreements"”), pursuant to which each Shareholder has agreed, among other things, to vote its his or her shares in favor of the principal terms plan of merger submitted to the shareholders of the Company (the “Plan of Merger”).

Shareholder Agreements. As a condition to, and simultaneously with, the execution of this Agreement, each Shareholder of the Persons listed on Exhibit A1 hereto (as defined hereineach, a "Shareholder") is entering into an agreement, in the form of Exhibit A hereto hereto, (collectively, the "Shareholder Agreements"), ) pursuant to which each Shareholder has they have agreed, among other things, to vote its their shares in favor of the principal terms of this Agreement and the Merger.
