Common use of Shareholder Accounts Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Accounts. The Acquiring Fund, in order to assist the Target Fund in the distribution of the Acquiring Fund Shares to the Target Fund shareholders after delivery of the Acquiring Fund Shares to the Target Fund, will establish pursuant to the request of the Target Fund an open account with the Acquiring Fund for each shareholder of the Target Fund and, upon request by the Target Fund, shall transfer to such accounts, the exact number of Acquiring Fund Shares then held by the Target Fund specified in the instruction provided pursuant to Section 2 hereof.
