Shared Caged Collocation. 3.3.1 ACCESS Integrated may allow other telecommunications carriers to share ACCESS Integrated’s caged Collocation Space, pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by ACCESS Integrated (Host) and the other telecommunications carriers (Guests) contained in this Section, except where the BellSouth Premises is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option to ACCESS Integrated. BellSouth shall be notified in writing by ACCESS Integrated upon the execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) prior to the submission of an application. Further, such notification shall include the name of the Guest(s), the term of the agreement, and a certification by ACCESS Integrated that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Attachment between BellSouth and ACCESS Integrated. The term of the agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) shall not exceed the term of this Agreement between BellSouth and ACCESS Integrated.
Shared Caged Collocation. 4.1.2.1 Upon request, SBC-13STATE shall provide Collocator Shared Caged Collocation in any Unused Space.
Shared Caged Collocation. 3.3.1 ACCESS Integrated may allow other telecommunications carriers to sublease ACCESS Integrated’s Remote Collocation Space pursuant to terms and conditions agreed to by ACCESS Integrated (Host) and other telecommunications carriers (Guests) and pursuant to this Section, except where the BellSouth Remote Site Location is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option or is located on property for which BellSouth holds an easement and such easement does not permit such an option. ACCESS Integrated shall notify BellSouth in writing upon execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest prior to any application. Further, such notice shall include the name of the Guest(s) and the term of the agreement, and shall contain a certification by ACCESS Integrated that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Remote Collocation Space as set forth in this Attachment between BellSouth and ACCESS Integrated.
Shared Caged Collocation. TelCove may allow other telecommunications carriers to share TelCove’s caged collocation arrangement, where technically feasible as that term has been defined by the FCC, pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by TelCove (Host) and the other telecommunications carriers (Guests) pursuant to this Section, except where the Premises is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option to TelCove or is located on property for which BellSouth holds an easement and such easement does not permit such an option for a Remote Site Location. BellSouth shall be notified in writing by TelCove upon the execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) prior to the submission of any application. Further, such notification shall include the name of the Guest(s), the term of the agreement, and a certification by TelCove that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Attachment between BellSouth and TelCove.
Shared Caged Collocation. ALCALL may allow other telecommunications carriers to share ALCALL’s caged collocation arrangement, pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by ALCALL (Host) and the other telecommunications carriers (Guests) contained in this Section, except where the “BellSouth Premises” is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option to ALCALL. XxxxXxxxx shall be notified in writing by ALCALL upon the execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) within ten (10) calendar days of its execution and prior to the submission of any Firm Orders. Further, such notification shall include the name of the Guest(s), the term of the agreement, and a certification by ALCALL that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Attachment between BellSouth and ALCALL. The term of the agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) shall not exceed the term of this Attachment between BellSouth and ALCALL.

Shared Caged Collocation. 3.3.1 CLEC may allow other telecommunications carriers to share CLEC’s caged Collocation Space, pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by CLEC (Host) and the other telecommunications carriers (Guests) contained in this Section, except where the AT&T Premises is located within a leased space and AT&T is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option to CLEC. AT&T shall be notified in writing by CLEC upon the execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) prior to the submission of an application. Further, such notification shall include the name of the Guest(s), the term of the agreement, and a certification by CLEC that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Appendix between AT&T and CLEC. The term of the agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) shall not exceed the term of this Agreement between AT&T and CLEC.
Shared Caged Collocation. 4.1.2.1 Upon request, AMERITECH-ILLINOIS shall provide CLEC Shared Caged Collocation in any Unused Space. "Shared Caged Collocation" is caged Physical Collocation space shared by CLEC and one or more other CLECs pursuant to terms and conditions agreed upon by such carriers.

GulfPines may allow other telecommunications carriers to share GulfPines’ caged collocation arrangement, pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by GulfPines (Host) and the other telecommunications carriers (Guests) contained in this Section, except where the BellSouth Premise is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option to Version 2Q03: 07/21/03 GulfPines. BellSouth shall be notified in writing by GulfPines upon the execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) within ten (10) calendar days of its execution and prior to the submission of any Firm Orders. Further, such notification shall include the name of the Guest(s), the term of the agreement, and a certification by GulfPines that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Attachment between BellSouth and GulfPines. The term of the agreement between the Host and its Guest(s) shall not exceed the term of this Attachment between BellSouth and GulfPines.
Shared Caged Collocation. T-Mobile may allow other telecommunications carriers to share T-Mobile’s caged collocation arrangement pursuant to terms and conditions agreed to by T-Mobile (“Host”) and other telecommunications carriers (“Guests”) and pursuant to this Section, except where the BellSouth Premises is located within a leased space and BellSouth is prohibited by said lease from offering such an option. T-Mobile shall notify BellSouth in writing upon execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest within ten (10) calendar days of its execution and prior to any Firm Order. Further, such notice shall include the name of the Guest(s) and the term of the agreement, and shall contain a certification by T-Mobile that said agreement imposes upon the Guest(s) the same terms and conditions for Collocation Space as set forth in this Agreement between BellSouth and T-Mobile.
