Shared Assignments. Members who elect to share one (1) full‐time equivalent (FTE) assignment are required to submit a work schedule in accordance with 6.2.2. All working conditions for regular part‐time unit members will be consistent with the Agreement.
Shared Assignments. 22.1 Permanent unit members who wish to participate in a shared assignment shall submit a written application for a shared assignment on an annual basis. The application shall include a detailed plan for sharing of duties, responsibilities, and health/ welfare benefits. In addition, the application shall contain a detailed calendar for the pertinent school year that specifies the days of service for each participant in the shared assignment. The application and plan shall be submitted to the school principal/supervisor by March 1, of the year proceeding the school year in which the applicants desire to participate in the shared assignment.
Shared Assignments. 23.1 All teachers may apply for shared assignments by March 1st for the following school year. The needs of the district are of prime consideration in determining shared assignments and such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
Shared Assignments. (Job Sharing) 14 Job sharing is a plan whereby two permanent employees share the full responsibilities 15 and duties of one identifiable position. Employees wishing to participate in a job-sharing plan 16 must apply through their Principal to the Superintendent, or designee.
Shared Assignments. 1: c. While involved ancillary staff may choose the assignment to be shared, it is expressly understood that upon dissolution of the shared assignment, the less senior ancillary staff shall be considered displaced unless by prior written agreement, the more senior ancillary staff agrees to be displaced.

Employees who are regular employees may volunteer for shared-time assignments by making application to the District Human Resources Department on or before April 1 for the ensuing fiscal year.
