SHARE OPTION SCHEME. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any share option scheme as may be maintained by the Group from time to time.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. The Employee may, if so determined by the Company, participate in a share option scheme to subscribe for shares in the Company in such manner as the Company may in its sole and absolute discretion determine and subject to any terms and conditions as set out in the rules of such employee share option scheme of the Company as Employment Agreement amended or varied from time to time. A separate letter of grant in relation to any options shall be issued in the event of a grant.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. You are entitled to participate in Global Consolidated Aesthetics Ltd (GCAL) Equity Scheme. Equity partnership will be 1% and full details will be shared with you after the Board has made its allocation.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. 10.1 Following your start date and as set out in the Employer's stock options letter to you dated 3 May 2016, Rocket Fuel Inc proposes to grant you stock options over 100,000 shares of Rocket Fuel Inc's common stock subject to approval of the grant by the compensation committee of the board of directors of Rocket Fuel Inc. The terms of your employment shall not be affected in any way by your participation or entitlement to participate in any share option scheme. Such schemes shall not form part of the terms of your employment (express or implied).

The Executive's participation in the Scheme xxxxx xx xx xutlined in Schedule 1 to this Agreement and as further agreed between the parties from time to time subject only to the rules of the Company Share Scheme (as amended from time to time). The Company shall procure that, in the event of a takeover offer being made for the Company as defined in Section 428 of the Companies Act 1985, the Company's Share Option Committee shall providx xxx xxe complete acceleration of the dates of exercise of the Executive's share options so as to allow the exercise of those options (at the Executive's absolute discretion) as if they has all vested immediately prior to the make of the takeover offer.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. On commencement of your employment with the Company, and entirely at the discretion of the Company, you will be granted 100,000 share options subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Xxxx Medical Systems Inc. Stock Plan and subject also to the terms of the relevant Stock Option Agreement between you and Xxxx Medical Systems Inc. Any right to participate in this Stock Plan shall not form part of your contractual benefits under this Agreement, and no compensation in respect of share options is payable on termination of employment, unless otherwise stated by the Stock Plan.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. The Employee will be eligible for inclusion in the share option scheme of Nycomed Amersham. Income tax levied on any gain will be borne by the Employee and Employer's contribution by the Company. All conditions related to the Share Option Scheme are set and decisions made at the Company's absolute discretion. Any change of conditions shall not constitute breach of this agreement.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. The parties acknowledge that it is the Purchaser's intention to introduce a share option scheme for Group employees following Admission in respect of up to 10 per cent. of its then enlarged issued share capital.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. Xx XxXxxx will normally be eligible to be considered for a grant of options on an annual basis, such grant to be made at a time permitted under the rules of the applicable scheme. All awards and payments under the relevant plans are determined by the Company and/or, as appropriate, the Company’s Remuneration Committee.
SHARE OPTION SCHEME. 22.1 The Seller has granted share options ("Options") to certain senior employees of the Company ("Participants") in terms of which Participants have the right to acquire shares in the issued share capital of the Seller pursuant to the DRDGOLD (1996) Share Option Scheme ("xxx Xxxxxx").
