Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Period Covered This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27, 2017 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 22, 2020. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number.
