Sexual Misconduct Liability. Insurance covering actual or alleged claims for sexual misconduct and/or molestation with limits of not less than $2 million per claim and $2 million aggregate, and claims for negligent employment, investigation, supervision, training or retention of, or failure to report to proper authorities, a person(s) who committed any act of abuse, molestation, harassment, mistreatment or maltreatment of a sexual nature.

Sexual Misconduct Liability. Sexual Misconduct Liability Coverage should be required when the contract work involves care or supervision of children, seniors and other vulnerable persons. This may include services such as child care, xxxxxx care, group homes, emergency shelters, medical and/or mental health care service delivery, residential treatment, mentoring, schools, camp operations, school bus transport, and security services.   • Breach of Contract Claims To the extent that Chapter 2260, Texas Government Code, is applicable to this Agreement and is not preempted by other applicable law, the dispute resolution process provided for in Chapter 2260 and the related rules adopted by the Texas Attorney General pursuant to Chapter 2260, will be used by University and Contractor to attempt to resolve any claim for breach of contract made by Contractor that cannot be resolved in the ordinary course of business. The chief business officer of University will examine Contractor's claim and any counterclaim and negotiate with Contractor in an effort to resolve the claims.
