Common use of Sexual Harassment and Workplace Violence Prevention Clause in Contracts

Sexual Harassment and Workplace Violence Prevention. The CONTRACTOR shall promote a workplace that is free from sexual harassment and workplace violence, and to require all of its subcontractors to agree to the same. The Commonwealth does not tolerate sexual harassment, workplace violence or a hostile work environment.
