Sexual Abuse and Molestation Coverage. As a provider of a service which has contact with individuals that are part of a sensitive population and are in a position of trust the following minimum insurance limits are required: Contractors with 5 or fewer County clients: $100,000 Contractors with 6-10 County clients: $250,000 Contractors with 11-15 County clients: $500,000 Contractors with 16 or more County clients: $1,000,000 If the number of clients increases during the contract period, the required coverage limit will increase to correspond accordingly.

Sexual Abuse and Molestation Coverage. The Agency shall maintain sexual abuse and molestation coverage with limits of not less than $100,000 per occurrence. The General Aggregate limit must either apply separately to this Agreement or must be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Except where Huron Valley Schools has approved a subcontract with other insurance provisions, the Contractor must require any Subcontractor to purchase and maintain the insurance coverage required in Section 3.a, Liability Insurance. The Contractor may include a Subcontractor under the Contractor's insurance on the coverage required in that Section. The failure of a Subcontractor to comply with insurance requirements does not limit the Contractor's liability or responsibility.
