Sewer Lift Station. If the proposed extension requires the construction of a sanitary sewer lift station and appurtenances, then such extension shall be designed and installed in accordance with a separate Sewer Lift Station Agreement as well as the District’s approved Standards and Specifications.

Sewer Lift Station. The Property does not include that land described as Parcel A on Exhibit D improved with a sewer lift station (the “Lift Station Parcel”). Title to the Lift Station Parcel will be retained by the City under the Purchase Contract. City grants Developer a temporary construction access easement along the boundary lines of the Lift Station Parcel that are adjacent to the Property boundary lines for a distance of fifteen (15) feet within the Lift Station Parcel for access to facilitate grading and the installation of landscaping and related utilities within the Property for the Project as required in the Existing Approvals.

The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.
