SEVERE EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE. When a student’s actions present a reasonably assured risk of harm to self or others, the student could be removed from the courses and care of the student will be relinquished to an emergency medical service, an M.D., parent or family, or Referring Agent. 4. Emotional Safety: Intentional, repetitive actions (verbal or physical) that result in emotional distress or intimidation of a persistent nature could result in removal from the course activity and group participation, with contact made with the Referring Agency and/or family. 5. Sexual Activity: Engaging in or being suspected of sexual activity could result in removal from the course activity and group participation, with contact made with the Referring Agency and/or family, law enforcement and DCF Careline as necessary. 6. Drugs and Alcohol: Using or being suspected of using drugs or alcohol could result in removal from the course activity and group participation, with contact made with the Referring Agency and/or family. Please note: There is no use of tobacco products at the Wilderness School. Basic Safety Rules and Rules for Participation 1. Stay with the group at all times. 2. Do not attempt to leave the program on your own. 3. Personal knives are not allowed on the course. 4. Everyone must eat three meals every day. 5. Prescription medications must be taken in accordance with Doctor’s orders 6. Shoes must be worn at all times, even when in the water. 7. Listen to and follow all procedures for specific activities, such as canoeing or rock climbing 8. Show respect for all Wilderness School participants and staff. 9. Show respect for the environment, public property and private property. 10. Show respect for yourself -- always be willing to try.   • Disturbance Immediately upon request from RSA Conference Organizer, Company shall remove any exhibit (or element thereof) that, in RSA Conference Organizer’s sole discretion, is deemed objectionable, unsafe or detracts from the Exhibition because of noise, method of operation, or any other reason. Company agrees not to display nor offer for sale at the Exhibition any products, services, or promotional materials that (a) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of RSA Conference Organizer or any other third party; or (b) disparage or depict RSA Conference Organizer or any other RSA Conference sponsor or exhibitor in an objectionable manner as determined by RSA Conference Organizer in its sole discretion, pursuant to this Section 3. RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right to remove or have removed any such exhibits (or element thereof) in its sole discretion. In no event shall any RSA Conference Party be liable for any refund or other damages or expenses incurred by Company in connection with or arising out of any actions taken by RSA Conference Organizer pursuant to this Section 3.

  • NATURAL DISASTER LEAVE 30.1 Where a permanent employee is unable to attend work because of a natural disaster, ie bushfire or flood, they will be entitled to be paid ordinary pay for the shift they would otherwise have worked on that day. This entitlement will apply once per calendar year and is not cumulative from year to year.

  • Non-Disturbance With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Lease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a "non-disturbance agreement") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

  • SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants of the premises will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the property, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS None of iTrip Vacations, Sea Oats Vacation Property Management, Inc. or the owner of the premises assume risk, responsibility or any liability for, and the Tenant hereby releases, waives, relinquishes and discharges iTrip Vacations, Sea Oats Vacation Property Management, Inc., the owner of the premises and all directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives of such parties from, any (i) loss, damage, illness, injury or exposure to COVID-19, other viruses or the flu to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, insects, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control. POOL & PATIO If the premises include a private or community pool (including hot tubs), then the Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved include a community pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the private or community pool (including hot tubs) and patio areas.

HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

  • Disaster Leave ‌ When there has been a natural disaster of a magnitude that requires the Board of Supervisors to Proclaim a County State of Emergency, the County will enact this disaster leave provision. During the proclaimed emergency period and for up to one year from the termination of the said proclamation, County employees may donate accrued compensatory time and vacation leave to other County employees who have lost work time because they have been a victim of a disaster affecting their primary residence. For up to one year from the termination of said proclamation, impacted employees may use up to 320 hours of donated leave. Such donated time will not exceed the total amount of time lost by the receiving employee including vacation, compensatory time used and any unpaid leave incurred. Unused donated time at the expiration of the leave provision period will be returned to the donor.

  • Catastrophic Leave - Natural Disaster Upon request of an employee and upon approval of a department director or designee, leave credits (CTO, vacation, personal leave, annual leave, personal day, and/or holiday credit) shall be transferred from one or more employees to another employee, in accordance with departmental policies, under the following conditions:

  • Employees with a Work-related Injury/Disability An employee who was off the State payroll due to a work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an employee receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.

  • Termination for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, this contract may be modified un- der B8.32, following rate redetermination under B3.32, or terminated under this Subsection. Such termination shall not be considered a termination under B8.34.

  • Family Violence Leave Family Violence Leave as provided for by the Holidays Act 2003 is in addition to other leave allowances within the collective agreement.
