Severable Parts. At any time that the Aircraft or Spare Engines are to be returned to Lessor, Lessee shall, at Lessor's request, advise Lessor of the nature and condition of all severable nonproprietary Parts (other than Parts otherwise required by Sections 10 or 11 to be maintained on the Aircraft) owned by Lessee which have been used by Lessee during the prior six months and which Lessee has or intends to remove from the Aircraft or Spare Engines in accordance with Section 11 hereof. Lessor may, at its option, upon 30 days notice to Lessee, purchase any or all of such nonproprietary Parts from Lessee upon the expiration of the Term at their fair market value.

Severable Parts. At any time after the Lessee has advised Lessor that it has determined not to renew this Lease or purchase the Aircraft, or the Aircraft is otherwise to be returned to Lessor, Lessee shall, at Lessor’s request, advise Lessor of the nature and condition of all severable nonproprietary Parts (other than Parts otherwise required by Section 7 or 8 of the Lease to be maintained on the Aircraft) owned by Lessee which have been used by Lessee during the prior six months and which Lessee has or intends to remove from the Aircraft in accordance with Section 8 of the Lease. Lessor may, at its option, upon 30 days notice to Lessee, purchase any or all of such nonproprietary Parts from Lessee upon the expiration of the Term at their fair market value.
Severable Parts. Except as expressly provided to the contrary herein, each portion, section, part, term, and/or provision of this Agreement shall be considered severable; and if, for any reason, any section, part, term, and/or provision herein is determined to be invalid and contrary to, or in conflict with, any existing or future law or regulation by a court or agency having valid jurisdiction, such shall not impair the operation of, or have any other effect upon, such other portions, sections, parts, terms, and/or provisions of this Agreement as may remain otherwise intelligible; and the latter shall continue to be given full force and effect and bind the parties hereto; and said invalid portions, sections, parts, terms, and/or provisions shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement.
