Severable Agreement. If any term, clause or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be deemed to be severed from this agreement.
Severable Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other agency of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
Severable Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes unenforceable, illegal or invalid for any reason it will be deemed to be severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity of the remainder of this Agreement and will not affect the enforceability, legality, validity or application of any other provision of this Agreement.

Should any provision be found illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction for any reason, it shall be severable from the remainder of this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall be unchanged and shall be read as if it did not contain the illegal or invalid provision, except that if the release in Paragraph 7 is deemed invalid then Defendant shall have the option to void the remainder of this Agreement.
