Common use of Severability; Headings Clause in Contracts

Severability; Headings. If any term of this Warrant as applied to any person or to any circumstance is prohibited, void, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such term shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity without in any way affecting any other term of this Warrant or affecting the validity or enforceability of this Warrant or of such provision in any other jurisdiction. The Section headings in this Warrant have been inserted for purposes of convenience only and shall have no substantive effect.
