Common use of Severability; Etc Clause in Contracts

Severability; Etc. If, in any jurisdiction, any provision of any Loan Document or its application to any circumstance is restricted, prohibited or unenforceable, that provision shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective only to the extent of that restriction, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of the affected Loan Document, without affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction and, if applicable, without affecting its application to other circumstances.
