Common use of Severability and Savings Clause in Contracts

Severability and Savings. In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable by any court, arbitrator, or governmental agency, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, void, illegal, and/or unenforceable provision(s) shall survive to the extent not so held.
