Severability and Heading Sample Clauses

Severability and Heading. Any provision of this Agreement which is held invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof. And any such invalidity or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provisions in any other jurisdiction. All paragraph headings are purely for convenience and do not form any part of this Agreement.

Severability and Heading. If any provision, or any portions thereof, of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, the Parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement and further agree to substitute for the invalid provision a valid provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope of extent of such section, or any way affect this Agreement.

  • Severability; Headings If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or inoperative, the other portions of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and operative and, so far as is reasonable and possible, effect shall be given to the intent manifested by the portion held invalid or inoperative. The paragraph headings herein are for reference purposes only and are not intended in any way to describe, interpret, define or limit the extent or intent of the Agreement or of any part hereof.
