Common use of Severability and Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Severability and Governing Law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a decision in a judicial or administrative proceeding, statute, rule or otherwise, the enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement will not be impaired thereby. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
