Seventh Consecutive Day of Work. When a member is required by an appropriate supervisor to work on the seventh consecutive day within his/her scheduled work week, and the member has actually worked at least thirty-two (32) hours in the five (5) previous days plus a minimum of three (3) hours on the sixth (6th) consecutive day of work, the member shall be compensated at the rate of double time for all hours worked on the seventh consecutive day.

Seventh Consecutive Day of Work. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of double time for all time worked on the employee’s seventh consecutive workday in the workweek, provided that such hours are in excess of forty-eight (48) hours worked before that seventh consecutive day. A day shall be counted as a day of work for purposes of this Paragraph although an employee has not worked due to the following conditions:
Seventh Consecutive Day of Work. Employees shall be compensated at a rate of time-and-one-half (1-1/2) for all authorized hours worked on their first regular day off. When an employee works with approval from an appropriate supervisor their second regular day off and the employee has actually worked or has been in paid status each of the previous six days, that employee shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for all hours worked on the second regular day off. If an employee works their second regular day off and they have not met the above criteria, their second regular day off shall be compensated at the rate of time-and-one- half.

  • Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week.
