Common use of Settlement Website Clause in Contracts

Settlement Website. A website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator for the purpose of providing the Settlement Class with notice of the proposed settlement. This website will allow Settlement Class Members to submit Claims and opt-out of the Agreement.

Settlement Website. A website created to be established, operated, and maintained by the Settlement Administrator for the purpose purposes of providing notice and otherwise making available to the Settlement Class with notice of Members the proposed settlement. This website will allow Settlement Class Members to submit Claims documents, information, and opt-out of the Agreementonline claims submission process referenced in Paragraph 3.3(e), below.

Settlement Website. A website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator for the purpose of providing the Settlement Class with notice of the proposed settlement. This website will allow Settlement Class Members who receive Publication Notice to submit Claims view and print Claim Forms and will accept electronic opt-out of the Agreementrequests.

This website will allow Settlement and making available to the Class Members to submit Claims the documents, information, and opt-out of the Agreementonline claims submission process referenced in paragraphs 3.4 through 3.7 below.
