Settlement Website. Within ten (10) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Notice shall be provided on a website at an available URL (such as, for example, xxx.XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxXXX.xxx) which shall be obtained, administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator and shall include the ability to file Claim Forms online, provided that such Claim Forms, if signed electronically, will be binding for purposes of applicable law and contain a statement to that effect.
