Settlement of Vested Units. The Vested Units shall be settled by the delivery to the Participant or a designated brokerage firm of one share of Common Stock per Vested Unit within thirty (30) days after the vesting of such Restricted Stock Units as set forth on Exhibit A, or upon accelerated vesting as set forth in this Section 2. No fractional shares will be issued under this Agreement.
