Common use of Settlement Notice Clause in Contracts

Settlement Notice. “Settlement Notice” refers to the notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A to be directed to Settlement Class Members and to explain the Settlement and Settlement Class Members’ options sent to Settlement Class Members following preliminary approval, which shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties, and shall be used to notify the Settlement Class of the Settlement.
