SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. (a) The closing of the settlement of claims (the “Settlement Closing”) between the Parties shall take place at the offices of Westar, 000 X. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx 00000, simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Settlement Agreement, on November 12, 2004.
SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. 9.1. The Parties hereby confirm that the Anchor Investor Offer Price and the Offer Price have been determined by the Company and the Investor Selling Shareholder, in consultation with the BRLMs, following the completion of the Book Building Process in accordance with the ICDR Regulations.
SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. The closing hereunder, including payment for and delivery of the Shares shall occur at the office of the Seller, or at such other time and place as the parties may mutually agree. At closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser stock certificates endorsed in blank or accompanied by duly endorsed stock powers, the aggregate of such certificates representing the stock of the company and all other instruments.

SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. (a) The Parties have exchanged executed copies of this Agreement. The consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Settlement Closing”) shall occur upon the expiration of ten days following the entry of the Approval Order, as to which no appeal or objection has been filed and not then dismissed.

SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Settlement Closing") shall take place at the offices of Arent Fox LLP, 1050 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036, or such other xxxxx xx Xxxxx xxx Xxxxxx xxx xxxxx, xx xxx Xxxxxxxxe Date. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Settlement Closing shall only be deemed to have been consummated upon the Effective Date.
SETTLEMENT/CLOSING. 7.1 Within 2 (two) Working Days from the Rights Issue Closing Date, the Banker to the Issue shall issue a Provisional Collection Certificate to the Company and the SCSBs shall issue a final certificate to the Company with regards to the ASBA Applications.

Settlement and closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement shall be accomplished through a title/escrow company selected by the City within ten (10) days of the Inspection Date. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the parties shall each pay their respective fees charged by the title/escrow company for its services. Title insurance shall be the responsibility of the City.
