Common use of Settlement Approval Clause in Contracts

Settlement Approval. Concurrent with submission of this Agreement for the Court’s consideration, Class Counsel shall submit to the Court a motion for preliminary approval of this Agreement. The motion shall seek entry of a Preliminary Approval Order, which shall be in a form agreed upon by Class Counsel and Defendant. Papers in support of Final Approval shall be filed at least thirty (30) days before the Final Approval Hearing. Papers in support of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Award shall be filed at least twenty (20) days before the deadline for opting-out of the Settlement and for submission of Objections.

Papers in support of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Award shall be filed at least twenty (20) days before the deadline for opting-out of the Settlement and for submission of Objectionshearing.

Settlement Approval. Concurrent with submission of this Agreement for the Court’s considerationconsideration and in accordance with any applicable scheduling order, Class Counsel shall submit to the Court a motion for preliminary approval of this Agreement. The motion shall seek entry of a Preliminary Approval Order, which shall be Order substantially in a the form agreed upon by Class Counsel and Defendant. attached hereto as Exhibit D. Papers in support of Final Approval Approval, Class Counsel’s fees and expenses, and the Incentive Payment shall be filed at least no less than thirty (30) days before the Final Approval Hearing. Papers in support of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Award shall be filed at least twenty (20) days before the deadline for opting-out of the Settlement and for submission of Objections.
