Common use of Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator. 1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number.

Settlement Administrator. 152. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next Paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; effecting Publication Notice; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the Claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria set forth in Section X and Exhibits 5, 6, and 7.

Settlement Administrator. 151. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating distributing payments from the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberFund.

Settlement Administrator. 145. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this AgreementSettlement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution administration of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class MembersFund; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VIIthis Settlement; effecting Publication Notice; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria established by this Settlement.

Settlement Administrator. 152. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the following paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including. These functions include, but are not limited to, overseeing administering the distribution of Notice Program and distributing funds from the Administration Account as provided in this Agreement. Amegy and Class Counsel shall jointly oversee the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberAdministrator.

Settlement Administrator. 158. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Mailed and Email Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating distributing the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberFund as provided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 162. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 17.1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV this Agreement and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing providing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VIIParagraph 8; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the provision of credit monitoring and identity restoration services, and the Claims process as described in Paragraph 5.

Settlement Administrator. 163. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 158. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraphs hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number.

Settlement Administrator. 151. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members Member Payments as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 16.1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this AgreementSettlement and the Claims Administration and Distribution Plan, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution administration of the Qualified Settlement Fund Fund; providing Notice to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members , as described in Section VIIthis Settlement; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the claims process; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria established by this Settlement and the Claims Administration and Distribution Plan.

Settlement Administrator. 151. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV Paragraph 52 and shall perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number.

Settlement Administrator. 151. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraphs hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution Notice Program and determining the eligibility of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members Member as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 170. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV paragraph 72 and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 16.1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this AgreementSettlement and the Claims Administration and Distribution Plan, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution administration of the Settlement Fund Escrow Account; providing Notice to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members , as described in Section VIIthis Settlement; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the claims process; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria established by this Settlement and the Claims Administration and Distribution Plan.

Settlement Administrator. 150. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV Paragraph 51 and shall perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing VII and operating administering the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberClaims processes.

Settlement Administrator. 166. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing members and operating distributing the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberAmount as provided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 181. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 176. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing members and operating distributing the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberAmount as provided herein. The Parties jointly will oversee the Settlement Administrator’s administration of the Settlement.

Settlement Administrator. 154. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution payment of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class MembersClaims; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the Claims processes including the verification processes described herein; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria set forth in Section IV.

Settlement Administrator. 143. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this AgreementSettlement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution administration of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class MembersFund; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VIIthis Settlement; effecting the Notice Plan; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria established by this Settlement.

Settlement Administrator. 153. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next section and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 143. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraphs hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating maintaining the Settlement Website Website; administering the Claims process; distributing the Settlement Fund as provided herein; and paying the remainder of the Settlement Fund to Chase in the event of a toll-free numbertermination of the Settlement pursuant to Section XVII hereof.

Settlement Administrator. 168. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 159. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members Member Payments as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 163. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program, and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members Member Payments as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 152. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the following paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including. These functions include, but are not limited to, overseeing administering the distribution of Notice Program and distributing funds from the Administration Account as provided in this Agreement. ZFNB and Class Counsel shall jointly oversee the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberAdministrator.

Settlement Administrator. 160. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in this Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund providing Mailed Notice to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail working with the Notice Administrator to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VIIeffectuate the Published Notice Program; establishing and operating administering the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberClaims Process.

Settlement Administrator. 156. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 149. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraphs hereafter and as approved by the Court and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating maintaining the Settlement Website Website; administering the Claims process; distributing the Settlement Fund as provided herein; and paying the remainder of any Settlement Fund to Navy Federal in the event of a toll-free numbertermination of the Settlement pursuant to Section XVII hereof.

Settlement Administrator. 161. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 161. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 178. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing including effectuating the distribution of Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free numberprovided herein.

Settlement Administrator. 17.1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV this Agreement and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing providing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VIIParagraph 8; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; and administering the provision of identity theft protection services and the Claims process as described in Paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2.
