Session Fee. Producer shall pay each principal performer the applicable session fee for an 8-hour day (on-camera) or for a 2-hour recording session (off-camera), which shall also constitute payment for the first cable commercial produced on that day. Any overtime that may become due shall be computed on the basis of the session fee.

Session Fee. Except as identified above in paragraphs 39(C)(2) & (3), when a commercial is Recorded, every Actor called shall be paid not less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA session fee in addition to any use fees which may be applicable. If the commercial is Recorded during a performance, those Actors performing during that performance, including Stage Managers who are performing their functions for that performance, will be paid the applicable SAG-AFTRA session fee in addition to any use fees which may be applicable, pursuant to the applicable SAG-AFTRA Contract.

Your session fee does not include any costs associated with the final processing and publication of any portraits that you may select for purchase, including but not limited to the printing, processing, framing, mounting, delivery and media costs associated with same. Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction in accordance with accepted industry standards. However, if, in the sole and final opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the occurrence of a portrait session that is acceptable within the artistic standards of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Photography, the photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the portrait session at no cost to you. It is understood and agreed that Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the requested portrait services, although the photographer reserves the right to retain the services of individuals to assist her in completing your requested portrait session, at no additional cost to you. If Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of nature, or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Photography shall refund your session fee and shall have no further liability with respect to this contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic images are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. Session Fee. What is included? The mini session fee includes (i) an up to 20-minute photography session (ii) professional retouching of four (4) images as selected by the photographer; (iii) an online gallery available within 15-20 days to view and select your images; and (iv) a digital download which includes 4 high-resolution for print only (with exclusive print release) and watermarked, web-resolution images for your unlimited use via social networking, email, etc., and (v) one (1) 5x7 print of your choosing.
Session Fee. A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required for all portrait sessions. In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable. Session Fee. Client agrees to pay photographer a $375.00 USD deposit/retainer fee in order to schedule and hold a reservation for the Motherhood Event being held on 3/31/2019. Once the deposit is submitted, Photographer will contact Client to confirm the specific timeslot and remaining details. The final balance for any upgrades and/or additional add-ons will be due at the time of delivery of the session digital files.
