Common use of Servicing Practices Clause in Contracts

Servicing Practices. Seller shall not make any material change to its servicing practices with respect to the Deferred Mortgage Loans after the date hereof, including, any material changes to its cash collection and sweep processes or its advance policies or stop advance policies, without Purchaser’s prior written consent (in any case, unless required by Applicable Requirements, in which case Purchaser’s prior written consent is not required but Seller shall give Purchaser written notice of any such changes). Seller shall comply with any Purchaser directions to implement reasonable changes to Seller’s servicing practices applicable with respect to all or a portion of the Mortgage Loans, including any changes necessary to ensure compliance with any Applicable Laws or governmental programs or directions received pursuant to the applicable Servicing Agreements.
