Common use of Servicing of the Mortgage Loan Clause in Contracts

Servicing of the Mortgage Loan. (a) Each Holder acknowledges and agrees that, subject in each case to the specific terms of this Agreement, the Mortgage Loan shall be serviced by the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer under the Servicing Agreement in effect at any given time. Each holder agrees to reasonably cooperate with each Servicer with respect to its exercise of its rights and obligations under the Servicing Agreement.

Servicing of the Mortgage Loan. (a) Each Holder acknowledges and agrees that, subject in each case to the specific terms of this Agreement, the Mortgage Loan shall be serviced by the C33 Master Servicer and the C33 Special Servicer under pursuant to the Servicing terms of this Agreement in effect at any given timeand the C33 PSA. Each holder agrees to reasonably cooperate with each Servicer with respect to its exercise of its rights and obligations under the Servicing Agreement.
