Servicing of Accounts. RB will service, or arrange for a Third Party Servicer Provider to service, the Accounts. In performing its duties as servicer of the Accounts, RB or the third-party designated by RB shall service and administer the Accounts in accordance with applicable law and Program Guidelines, and in connection therewith, shall follow customary servicing procedures.

Servicing of Accounts. During the term of this Servicing Agreement, Seller shall cooperate fully with Purchaser in connection with the sale and transfer of the Accounts. Seller shall administer the Accounts and Receivables and perform all Services under this Servicing Agreement with reasonable and ordinary care, using that degree of skill and attention that Seller has exercised with respect to the Accounts and Receivables prior to the date of this Servicing Agreement and currently exercises with respect to the administering and servicing of other credit card accounts of Seller, and shall administer the Accounts and Receivables and perform all Services in accordance with Seller’s Policies and Procedures, the provisions of this Servicing Agreement and applicable Requirements of Law. Seller shall not change Seller’s Policies and Procedures with respect to the Services to be provided under this Servicing Agreement, except as may be required by Requirements of Law or as otherwise agreed by Seller and Purchaser in writing. Seller shall retain staff consisting of employees who currently service the Purchaser’s portfolio to service the Accounts throughout the Interim Servicing Period and for an additional period of sixty (60) days after the Conversion Date sufficient to support a smooth transition of the Accounts to Purchaser. Except as otherwise provided for in this Servicing Agreement, the Purchase Agreement or as requested by Purchaser, Seller (or Seller’s third party vendor) as part of the Services to be provided to Purchaser shall perform the following:
Servicing of Accounts. From the Closing Date through the Program Termination Date, Servicer shall maintain all information relating to the Assigned Receivables in a format that will allow Servicer to segregate the Assigned Receivables from other Accounts Receivables owned by Servicer, so that access to such information is readily available and each Assigned Receivable is readily identified.
Servicing of Accounts. (1) From the Effective Time through (30) thirty days after the Closing Date or September 30, 2001, whichever is later (the "Transition Date") Seller shall continue to service the Receivables through Associates consistent with past practice at a reimbursable cost solely related to the Receivables not to exceed the monthly per account charge set forth on Schedule B of the Servicing Agreement (provided that Purchaser shall not be obligated to pay any costs charged by Associates in connection with the transfer of the Receivables to Purchaser). After the Effective Time, no mass or blanket settlements on Accounts have occurred unless such accounts were at least ninety (90) days past due on or before July 16, 2001. No mass or blanket settlements on Accounts shall be offered after July 16, 2001 without Purchaser's direction or consent in its sole discretion.

The Servicer shall service the Accounts with due care in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall have full power and authority, acting alone and subject only to the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law, to do any and all things in connection with the servicing of the Accounts that it believes to be reasonable and necessary to carry out its obligations under this Agreement. The Servicer agrees that it shall service the Accounts using the same standard of care that it uses to service its own loans or credit sales secured by Boats or Recreational Vehicles, except as otherwise specifically provided in Exhibit 3.1 hereto. The Servicer shall not make any change to its current servicing policies and procedures which would have a material effect on the collectibility of the Accounts, including, but not limited to, any change to the policies and procedures set forth in Exhibit 3.1 hereto, without the prior written consent of the Chase Servicer.

Servicing of Accounts. To the best of Seller's knowledge, all Accounts have been properly accounted for and all payments or monies received by Seller with respect to the payment of any Receivable have been properly applied. Each Account has been properly maintained and serviced in all respects solely by Seller or Seller's Card Processor in full accordance with the applicable Card Agreement, Endorsement Agreements, Seller's Policies and Procedures and (to the best of Seller's knowledge) all Requirements of Law.
