Common use of Services to the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Services to the Corporation. Director agrees to continue to serve as a director of the Corporation and may serve as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of one or more Covered Entities (as defined below). Director may at any time and for any reason resign from any such position (subject to any other contractual obligation or any obligation imposed by operation of law), in which event the Corporation shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Director in any such position. This Agreement shall not be deemed an employment contract between Director and the Corporation (or any Covered Entity). The foregoing notwithstanding, this Agreement shall continue in force after Director has ceased to serve as a director of the Corporation or otherwise ceased to have Corporate Status (as defined below).
