Services to the Community. In exchange for the City’s contribution, RED FLOWER agrees to by June 30 each year of the term of the contract, starting in 2019:  Document Sustainable Community initiatives, including waste diverted and kilowatts of power saved through solar power.  Provide annual documentation regarding the different programs and revenues from each, i.e. date night, local date night dinners, classes, and mobile and school events.  Quantify number of school fieldtrips to the Red Flower facility or teaching trips to nearby education, non-profit or underserved groups where kids can observe and interact with glassblowing techniques. At least 8 sessions is the minimum requirement/year.  Document the scope and cost of tenant improvements. Both parties agree that the above service provided to the community represents a good faith exchange of current fair market value for the City’s contribution.

Services to the Community. In exchange for the City’s contribution, AUNTIE EM’s agrees to by June 30 each year of the term of the contract, starting in 2020:  Documenting hiring and deployment of additional baking staff at least 20 hours/week.  Provide annual documentation of amount and type of overall marketing plan. Quantify incremental sales resulting from said efforts.  Document type(s) of additional kitchen equipment and quantify how that additional capacity led to increased sales.  Document sales year over year, by type and amount. Both parties agree that the above service provided to the community represents a good faith exchange of current fair market value for the City’s contribution.
Services to the Community. In exchange for the City’s contribution, «Organization_DBA» agrees to provide its programming as outlined in the attached «Organization» Special Service Contract Application, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “B.” Both parties agree that the above services provided to the community represent a good faith exchange of current fair market value for the City’s contribution.
Services to the Community. In exchange for the City’s contribution, LUCKY ONES agrees to by June 30 each year of the term of the contract, starting in 2020:  Document hiring and deployment of additional staff beyond the current 17 employees, and further identify duties and allocation of their time (i.e. storefront, camper, events, etc).  Provide annual overview of marketing plan. Quantify incremental sales resulting from said efforts by type of business (merchandise, wholesale, retail, etc.).  Document type(s) of additional equipment purchased for the camper and quantify how that led to increased sales.  Document sales year over year, by type and amount. Both parties agree that the above service provided to the community represents a good faith exchange of current fair market value for the City’s contribution.
Services to the Community. In exchange for the City’s contribution, Offset Bier agrees to by June 30 each year of the term of the contract, starting in 2022: • Document annual sales revenues by product type (can, tap, keg) and volumes. • Provide a yearly overview of marketing, branding, and social media plan. • Document amount, type, and percent of Offset materials or labels that include a reference to "Park City". • Document amount and type of group recreational activities. Both parties agree that the above service provided to the community represents a good-faith exchange of current fair market value for the City’s contribution.

  • Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
