Services to Premises Clause Examples

The 'Services to Premises' clause defines the obligations and conditions under which services are delivered to a specific location or property. It typically outlines the scope of services provided, any requirements for access to the premises, and the responsibilities of both the service provider and the property owner or occupant. For example, it may specify that the provider must have reasonable access to install, maintain, or repair equipment at the premises. This clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities regarding service delivery, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth operations.
