Common use of Services to Other Clients Clause in Contracts

Services to Other Clients. Nothing herein contained shall limit the freedom of Sub-Adviser or any affiliated person of Sub-Adviser to render investment advisory, supervisory and other services to other investment companies, to act as investment adviser or investment counselor to other persons, firms or corporations or to engage in other business activities. It is understood that Sub-Adviser may give advice and take action for its other clients which may differ from advice given, or the timing or nature of action taken, for the Fund.

Services to Other Clients. Nothing herein contained shall limit the freedom of the Sub-Adviser or any affiliated person of the Sub-Adviser to render investment advisory, supervisory and other services to other investment companies, to act as investment adviser or investment counselor to other persons, firms or corporations or to engage in other business activities; provided that the Sub-Adviser’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement are not impaired thereby. It is understood that the Sub-Adviser may give advice and take action for its other clients which may differ from advice given, or the timing or nature of action taken, for the Fund.
