SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. (a) Comcast shall provide a Cable Service drop and Basic Service with any necessary cable box to one outlet at each Public Building listed in Exhibit A. In accordance with applicable law, Comcast will charge the fair market value for each such account, which fair market value shall match the then-current rate card for the level of service provided. Comcast shall notify the Township in writing regarding the amount of the monthly service fee for each account based on fair market value. The Township shall then notify Comcast, within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice from Comcast, whether it wishes the amount due each month to be invoiced for payment or deducted from the next franchise fee payment. The Township may upgrade the level of Cable Service received at then current rate card prices for the higher level of service. The Township may also elect in writing not to receive the service, in which case it will not be invoiced and no deduction will be taken from the Franchise Fee.

SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. Comcast shall, at no charge to the Township, provide complimentary services as described herein below to all present and future public facilities including, but not limited to, the following: the Township Administration Building, police stations, fire companies, public works buildings, water and sewer authorities, all public and private school buildings, public libraries and one (1) other Township facility designated by the Township (“Permitted Free Locations”). No charge shall be made for installation or service, except that Comcast may charge for installation or service for more than one (1) drop in each Permitted Free Location.
SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. (a) Comcast shall provide a Cable Service Drop and Expanded Cable Service (or equivalent) with any necessary digital terminal adapter (DTA or equivalent) to one (1) outlet at each municipal location listed in Exhibit A, located within one hundred fifty (125) feet of existing Comcast distribution plant or where Cable Service is currently being provided. In accordance with applicable law, Comcast will charge its marginal cost for each such account. Comcast shall invoice the County in writing regarding the amount of the monthly service fee for each account based on its marginal cost. Comcast shall not deduct the cost of the services from the franchise fee. The County may upgrade the level of Cable Service received at then current rate card prices for the higher level of service. The County may decline to receive the service, in which case it will not be invoiced.
SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. (a) Comcast shall provide a Cable Service drop and Basic Service with any necessary cable box to one outlet at each Public Building listed in Exhibit A. If Comcast intends to charge for the services required by this section, it will give the Township 120 days’ notice of the commencement of charges. The charges shall be consistent with applicable lawas of the Effective Date, defined as the “marginal cost” of providing such Cable Services. Comcast shall provide to the Township in writing reasonable detail sufficient to define the marginal cost and the amount due. Comcast shall arrange with the Township for invoicing or deductions from the franchise fee. Charges may include those for services and equipment, if any, at each location. Charges may include applicable fees and taxes and may be subject to adjustment at a time consistent with Comcast’s retail rate adjustments. The Township may remove locations or change the level of Cable Service indicated on Exhibit A with 30 days’ written notice to Comcast. The Township may elect in writing not to receive the Cable Service, in which case it will not be invoiced and no deduction will be taken from the franchise fee.
SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. (a) Comcast shall, at no charge to the Township, provide or maintain one standard installation drop and outlet and the Expanded Basic Service (or equivalent) package, including any end user equipment needed for this Cable Service, to all Township-owned and/or operated facilities, all public and private elementary and secondary (K-12) schools, and all public libraries located in the Township. The Township may relocate or add new facilities during the term of this Agreement to receive such Expanded Basic (or equivalent) package, provided that such facilities meet the qualifications set forth herein.

Comcast will disclose in writing the amount due and shall provide to the Township reasonable detail sufficient to substantiate the marginal cost and the amount due. SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. Upon request Mediacom shall} at no charge to the Town, provide complimentary services as described herein below to all present and future public facilities that are passed by its Cable System including, but not limited to, the following: the Town Administration Building, police stations, fire companies} public works buildings, water and sewer authorities, all public school buildings and public libraries ("Permitted Free Locations"), No charge shall be made for standard installation within one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of the cable plant or service, except that Mediacom may charge for installation or service for more than one (1 ) drop in Permitted Free Locations and may charge for the incremental portion of Installations beyond one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of the cable plant. The Cable Service provided shall not be distributed beyond the originally installed outlet without authorization from Mediacom. The Cable Service provided shall not be used for commercial purposes, and such outlets shall not be located in areas open to the public. The Town shall take reasonable precautions to prevent any inappropriate use of Mediacom's Cable System or any loss or damage to Mediacom's Cable System. The Town shall hold Mediacom harmless from any and all liability or claims arising out of the Town's use of Cable Service required by this subsection. Mediacom shall not be required to provide an outlet to such buildings where a non-standard installation is required, unless the Town or building owner/occupant agrees to pay the incremental cost of any necessary Cable System extension and/or non-standard installation. If additional outlets of Basic Cable Service are provided to such buildings, the building owner/occupant shall pay the usual installation and service fees associated therewith.

SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. Upon the Effective Date, Charter will offer, without charge and on a voluntary basis, one cable service Drop and Basic Cable Service (or equivalent) with any necessary equipment for viewing to one outlet at each Town facility listed on Exhibit A, provided that the locations are located up to one hundred fifty (150) feet from Charter’s existing distribution system.
SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES. Armstrong shall, at no charge to the Township, provide video services to the public facilities set forth in Exhibit “A” in accordance with the terms of this section. Any additions to the Exhibit “A” shall be at the mutual agreement of the Township and Armstrong.

In addition, upon request, Time Warner Cable shall, at no charge to the Township, provide complimentary basic and standard cable services to all present and future municipally-owned buildings used for municipal purposes, police stations, fire companies, all public K-12 school buildings and public libraries, which can be served by a standard installation (“Permitted Free Locations”). No charge shall be made for installation or service, except that Time Warner Cable may charge for installation or service for more than one (1) drop in Permitted Free Location.
