Common use of Services to Client Clause in Contracts

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to Client: (a) attempt to identify strategic business partnerships (“Strategic Partners”) far the Client; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at meetings with Strategic Partners; and (d) provide ongoing management of Strategic Partners and assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Strategic Partners as requested by Client.

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to ClientClient as part of a strategic alliance: (a) attempt Consultant will act as a strategic partner to identify strategic business partnerships (“Strategic Partners”) far client and will assist the Client; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at meetings with Strategic Partners; in locating and (d) provide ongoing management of Strategic Partners and assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Strategic Partners as requested by obtaining financing for Client.

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to ClientClient as part of a strategic alliance: (a) attempt Consultant will act as a strategic partner to identify strategic client and will assist the Client in providing investor relations and other business partnerships (“Strategic Partners”) far the Client; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at meetings with Strategic Partners; and (d) provide ongoing management of Strategic Partners and assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Strategic Partners as requested by consulting services for Client.
