Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to Client: (a) attempt to identify strategic business partnerships (“Strategic Partners”) far the Client; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at meetings with Strategic Partners; and (d) provide ongoing management of Strategic Partners and assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Strategic Partners as requested by Client.
Services to Client. The Contractor shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: Brand, logo and other design work for the Client's existing products as well as those in development. Collaboration on co-branding strategies with marketing and distribution partners and channels.
Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following (“ Services”) to Client: Arrange meetings between (i) Client and Associated Wholesale Grocers (ii) Client and Kehe Food Distributors and (iii) Client and Mc Donald’s Restaurants to allow Client to discuss a possible agreement to sell Client’s products.
Services to Client. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services listed in Exhibit A. The services shall be performed within the time frames, set out in Exhibit A. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services called for by this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of the industry and Client’s instructions.
Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following (“Services”) to Client: Arrange meetings between Client and Wal-Mart Inc. to allow Client to discuss an agreement to sell Client’s products.
Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to Client: (a) arrange meetings between Client and designated retailers (“Retailers”) to allow Client to discuss a possible agreement to sell Client’s products; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at any such meetings; and (c) assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Retailers as requested by Client.
Services to Client. The Services provided by Questeq under this Agreement shall be supplied to Client at the location(s) and user types provided in this Agreement or in the attached Exhibits. This Agreement does not cover businesses, organizations or individuals that are co-located with Client but are not part of Client’s organization. Neither Client nor Questeq may assign this Agreement and doing the same or any attempts to do the same shall result in a breach of this Agreement. Client is not permitted to resell or subcontract Questeq services or staff. Payment Terms Payment Terms are set forth on Exhibit B. Service Level Agreement Service Level Agreement details are set forth on Exhibit C.
Services to Client. The Company shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: Website Design and Development: Design and development of a five to ten page website built with a content management system. This will include the addition of content (photos and copy) supplied by the client, and a contact form with spam protection. Any additional features will be listed in the estimate/invoice and will be priced in the estimate/invoice accordingly. Logo Design: Design includes creation of a logo and delivery of digital files in .jpg and .png (with transparency) file formats in small and large sizes. Additional file formats and size requests will be fulfilled when possible.
Services to Client. The Services to be provided by the Company to Client are comprised of the Services more particularly set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The scope of the specific Services set out in Schedule A will be provided by the Company to the Client on an as needed basis, in accordance with the term of this agreement unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9.2. The Client shall maintain oversight for Services provided to the Client by the Company, including by monitoring the Services annually for quality assurance, and this Agreement shall not be interpreted to delegate management authority to the Company to the substantial exclusion of the board of the Client. Any funds or invested assets of the Client held by the Company are the exclusive property of the Client, are held for the benefit of the Client, and are subject to the control of the Client.
Services to Client. During the term of this Agreement, Company agrees to make available and provide to Client certain professional, managerial, and administrative staffing, office services, and other administrative support, as may be required by Client and as agreed to by Company in its sole discretion, subject to the following terms and conditions:
