Services to be Supplied. BDL will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the following services to the Customer and may use subcontractors to do so provided they are bound by terms as set out in this agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Xxxxx agrees to provide Adobe with the Direct Sales Services and the Finance Services during the Contract Term for the sums set out in the Charges Schedule and in accordance with the terms set out in the Direct Sales Schedules, the Statement of Work and this Agreement.

Services to be Supplied. The full service that the Supplier will provide is as detailed in its bid response “STFC 2011” dated 27th September 2011 and subsequent clarification email from Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dated 7th October 2011. Any subsequent clarifications and amendments – including to dates and deliverables - must be agreed between the Customer and the Supplier. Contract Price The total Contract Price for these Services is £49,950.00 ex-VAT, which includes all travel & subsistence and other expenses.
Services to be Supplied. The Copy-editor agrees to supply services listed on the Schedule to the Agreement with respect to an original work at present entitled (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”). The Copy-editor agrees not to subcontract any of these services without the written permission of the Publisher.

Licence file served from Keyworth £12,000 5 years annual maintenance @ £2,400 per year (£12,000) 3 days training for up to TEN people. To be delivered at BGS in-house training facility. @ £750 per day consultancy fee. (Travel and expenses etc to be charged at time of delivery). All additional licences to be provided by Eurotech Contract Price The total Contract Price for these Services is up to a maximum liability of £26,250.00.00 ex VAT
