SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. COUNTY shall provide services as described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. 4 The DIRECTOR shall assign an appropriate staff representative (hereinafter 5 “STAFF REPRESENTATIVE”) to coordinate with the UNIVERSITY in implementing 6 this AGREEMENT and completing the SERVICES described in Section 4. STAFF 7 REPRESENTATIVE shall provide direction to UNIVERSITY, review UNIVERSITY’s 8 work, and assist UNIVERSITY in dealings with other public agencies and private parties 9 and other activities which in the judgementjudgment of UNIVERSITY or DIRECTOR 10 warrant attention. 11 COUNTY shall waive all COUNTY issued permit fees associated with 12 UNIVERSITY research on COUNTY property. Permit fees shall be waived only when 13 research conducted benefits COUNTY within the scope of this AGREEMENT. 14 COUNTY shall provide UNIVERSITY with the use of an automotive vehicle to 15 facilitate the completion of SERVICES by UNIVERSITY. This automotive vehicle shall 16 be fully owned and maintained by COUNTY and shall be surrendered to COUNTY upon 17 the termination of the contract.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. COUNTY will complete appraisal and acquisition right of way work. Bid and Construction phase support services will be negotiated following the design phase as a separate contract, or as an amendment to this agreement. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. 18 The DIRECTOR shall assign an appropriate staff representative to direct and approve A-E/PROFESSIONAL's work. Said staff representative shall approve work assignments, provide direction to A-E/PROFESSIONAL, review A-E/PROFESSIONAL's work, approve A-E/PROFESSIONAL's invoices for payment, assist A-E/PROFESSIONAL in 22 dealings with other public agencies and private PARTIES and other activities which 23 in the judgment of A-E/PROFESSIONAL or DIRECTOR warrant attention.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. COUNTY may add traffic signal installations to or delete them from the list in Attachment "C." COUNTY shall provide signal timing charts.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. 3.1. COUNTY will provide a building inspector to CITY to complete building inspections on an as-needed basis. CITY must approve of assigned inspector.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY COUNTY. SCHOOL NURSE SERVICES: The COUNTY shall provide nursing services, which include vision and hearing screening, immunization record review and follow up, health education, and communicable disease investigation, surveillance and control, health care planning and consultation for students with special needs along with other requirements for school nursing duties as assigned by OSPI and ESD 113. The COUNTY will also provide telephone consultation, on an as needed basis.
