SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. ENGINEER shall perform the SERVICES described in Attachment B, Scope of Services.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall perform the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Services, in accordance with applicable sections of the City of Topeka Design Criteria and Drafting Standards of latest revision.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. A. The ENGINEER agrees to perform engineering and construction inspection services for the AUTHORITY on the Project as an independent contractor as set forth in EXHIBIT B, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference (the Services).
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall perform the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Services, in accordance with applicable sections of the City of Chattanooga Design and Construction Standards in effect on the date of this agreement.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall provide to the Client basic engineering services as described in the scope of services attachment and fully incorporated herein as “Exhibit A” which services may include, but will not be limited to, those services normally rendered by an engineer to a A Florida County. Engineer shall perform its obligations under this agreement as an independent contractor and not as an agent or fiduciary of any other party.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall perform the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Services. Engineer shall have no liability for defects in the Services attributable to Engineer's reliance upon or use of data, design criteria, drawings, specifications, or other information furnished by Owner or third parties retained by Owner.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall perform the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Services, in accordance with applicable section of the City of Marshalltown Public Works Department Standard Specifications and Iowa DOT Specifications, which Attachment is made a part of this Agreement.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall provide to the Client basic engineering services as described in the scope of services attachment and fully incorporated herein as “Exhibit B” which services may include, but will not be limited to, those services normally rendered by an engineer to a political subdivision. Engineer shall perform its obligations under this agreement as an independent contractor and not as an agent or fiduciary of any other party.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. Engineer shall perform the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Services, in accordance with applicable sections of the AASHTO Design Specifications, the Kansas Department of Transportation, Bureau of Local Projects Road and Bridge Design Criteria and Kansas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction, latest editions.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY ENGINEER. CONSULTANT shall perform the SERVICES described in Attachment B, Scope of Services. ARTICLE 5 -
