Common use of Services to be Furnished by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Services to be Furnished by Landlord. Provided Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, and subject to reimbursement pursuant to Section 4.02 above, Landlord shall provide the following services during standard hours of operation of the Building. These standard hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Saturdays.

Services to be Furnished by Landlord. Provided Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, and subject to reimbursement pursuant to Section 4.02 4.2 above, Landlord shall provide the following services during standard hours of operation of the Building. These standard hours of operation are 7 8 a.m. to 7 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Saturdays.
