Services Term. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. Any Services that you order must be consumed during the applicable Services Term and any unused Services will expire.
Services Term. The Services Term will begin on the Start Date of the initial Order Form and continue for the initial term set forth in the initial Order Form (“Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, unless otherwise set forth in the Order Form, the term recurring Services will automatically renew for successive periods as set forth in the initial Order Form (each a “Renewal Term”) unless either Party gives notice of non- renewal at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term. The term of any recurring Services added to your Account after the initial Order Form is executed will start on the Start Date in the applicable Order Form, will run coterminously with the then-current Term of any preexisting Services unless otherwise extended in the applicable Order Form, and will be invoiced on the same billing cycles as the preexisting Services.
Services Term. The performance of the Services shall commence on the Distribution Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 4.2 or 4.3, shall terminate on the earlier of (i) December 31, 2007, or (ii) such earlier date as may be expressly provided for in the relevant Schedule hereto (the “Services Term”).

Services Term. 8.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Services shall continue for the duration of the Services Term unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 8.2 below.

This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date set forth on the Order Form and continues until all Service subscriptions hereunder have expired or have been terminated (the “Services Term”). Thereafter, except as stated on an applicable Order Form, the Services Term shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year, whichever is longer, unless either party has provided written notice of its intent to terminate the Service subscription not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Services Term applicable to the Service subscription.
